We are a well-established Company of 27+ years in the Construction Industry looking for an Experienced Installer to join our team.
Although training will be provided, experience within the construction industry is required.
Job duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Installing Shower Doors
- Installing wire closet shelving
- Installing bath accessories Installing mirrors.
- Loading / unloading trucks at jobsites and warehouse
- Cleaning up job sites after install
- The right candidate for this position must have the ability to:
- Use hand tools, power tools, and read a tape measure accurately
- Perform math conversions
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Be on your feet, to reach, grasp, pull and bend repeatedly up to 8 hours a day
- Lift up to 75lbs at times throughout your shift
- Be reliable & responsible
- Be hardworking and self-motivated
- Must have valid driver’s license

We are a well-established Company of 29+ years in the Construction Industry looking for an experienced and well versed individual to join our busy team as our Office Manager
The right candidate for this position must have the following abilities and qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Quickbooks, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Minimum 3 years skill set in HR compliance, benefits, recruitment, risk mgt, HR protocols, etc
- Construction office background
- Experience processing payroll using ADP or similar platform
- Must be well organized and have good attention to detail
- Capable of handling a fast paced environment with multi-tasking throughout each and every day
- Able to communicate easily with a wide range of individuals both verbally and written
- Possesses a reliable attendance record and dedication to the position
- Personality traits should include leadership skills, confidence, and friendliness.
Job duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Heavy AP/AR including posting, collections, deposits, reconciliations, financial reports, billing, etc
- Estimating
- Full charge Human Resources
- Payroll processing and compliance using ADP platform

In search of a Scheduling coordinator for a busy Division 10 construction company with a strong scheduling background.
Qualifications:
- MUST be extremely proficient with Outlook calendar
- Construction background a plus
- Have a great Attention to detail
- General knowledge of the Portland Metro/Vancouver area
- Strong Excel experience
- Intermediate internet knowledge
- Basic Quick book skills
- Impeccable attendance and punctuality record
- Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task daily duties
- Handle multiple calls daily – Excellent communication skills
- Must know how to adapt quickly and make changes throughout the day
- Be capable of handling a fast-paced environment
- Duties would include, but not limited to:
- Answering phones calls and emails
- Routing and compiling the daily schedule for 20 installers
- Creating work and service orders for upcoming projects
- Prioritizing warranties and services
- Communicating with supers and customers throughout the day
- Confirming the schedule for the next day
- Pulling paperwork for production
- Other scheduling needs as they arise’
